Miami Waterkeeper had the pleasure of hosting a volunteer event for 13 Airbnb employees on September 26th as part of their “Week for Good”, a week in which the entire company participates in volunteer activities across the world.
After learning about Biscayne Bay ecosystems and being trained on how to identify, document, and report pollution issues through our “1000 Eyes on the Water” program, the team then spent the rest of the morning with us cleaning the shoreline at Hobie Beach on Virginia Key. It was a successful day of volunteer work!
